Shipping, Refund and Returns Policy

We take product quality and service very seriously. We endeavour to make the customer completely satisfied with his or her purchase, however, returns are sometimes necessary and we acknowledge that. Therefore we have a 14-day return policy.

Before accepting delivery of the product/s, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package,

and call our support at 9446201433, 8086304533 (10:30 a.m to 6.30 pm Monday to Saturday on all working days except national holidays) mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. If you have accepted the

delivery, and then realized that the package is damaged, please feel free to get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving the package (or 14 days of purchase)

We reassure you of peace of mind by allowing you to return your product within 14 days of purchase. In such cases, we will either refund you or replace it as the case may be without any hassles. You will have to do the following:

As soon as you find the product defective or damaged please get in touch with our customer care or call/WhatsApp us at 8086304533 (10:30 a.m to 6.30 pm Monday to Saturday on all working days except national holidays) and notify us of the nature of your complaint. If necessary, you may have to send us an image/snap of the damaged product so we can raise a claim at our end with the shipping agency.

After you contact us for a return, you will receive a response explaining the process. You will have to ensure that the product is returned with the original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, and invoices. Please ensure that product is strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further

damage to products during transit

– Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up (India only) of the item through our courier partners like Fedex, Bluedart, Dtdc,speed and safe etc. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through a third-party courier service and we will bear the courier costs. This is applicable for damaged or defective goods only. For the exchange or return of valid items, return shipping charges will be borne by you 

– Please bear in mind that we will refund/compensate/reimburse you after receipt of the returned item within 7 working days through the following option.

  • Send your replacements (wherever applicable) subject to the availability of the particular product.
  • Refund the payment for the value of the product either by cheque or electronic fund transfer to the registered customer’s bank account or by redeemable credit vouchers. Refund of return shipping charges (Charges paid by the user for sending the products to us) will be limited to Rs 100 or 10% of the product cost, whichever is lower

– If the customer is returning the product for any reasons other than damaged or defective product, he/she will bear the cost of couriering the product back to us in its original condition

Delivery in kerala – We have tied up with reputed service providers like speed and safe and Dtdc, and India Post to ensure that your shipment is delivered safely, securely, and within stipulated timelines. Shipment delivery times are usually between 2 – 3 working days within kerala, however, far-flung regions in the northeast and rural hinterland areas in some states make take more time for delivery due to logistical issues. Also, some states follow procedural issues like submission of Sales Tax forms that may cause additional delays and charges (additional state levies applied locally to be borne by the customer). 

Cancellation – We understand that You, the customer may at times have a second thoughts on your purchase or may have accidentally ordered the wrong item. No Fret!! You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. We will cancel your order and refund you the money minus 2% platform charges (if payment is made by electronic transfer). In case you make the cancellation request after the stipulated time (in which case the courier might have picked up your item for delivery) we will be constrained to refund you after receipt of the goods in their original condition. If reverse pickup (only in India) is done by us, the refund is minus the shipping charges (both to and fro). For International orders, customers will be provided the return label and they have to arrange to send the goods back, properly packed at their cost. Refund will be minus the shipping and cancellation charges of 2% after receipt of goods in original/unused condition

Shipping charges kerala: Certain zones will apply higher shipping rates due to accessibility issues. These shipping rates are actual as charged by shipping agencies (India post, FedEx, etc..) due to logistical access costs. Hence local delivery charges may vary on our site.

International Deliveries

All International orders will have to be paid in US dollar-denominated rates indicated on the website. PIOs (persons of Indian origin) using Indian Credit Card/Debit cards or other payment methods for orders to be shipped outside India will have to pay the dollar equivalent of the cart value. Please note that Paypal or Stripe is no longer a supported service

All International orders are shipped through reliable and reputed service providers. We take extra care in packaging and ensuring all documentation is in order so that you receive your order quickly and safely. Within 3-5 days of placing an order, you will receive a mail containing the dispatch details with AWB # and a tracking link where you can monitor the progress of your consignment. In case of a delay in transit, we escalate or follow up with the courier. In some countries, medicines are not allowed and we have disabled the shipping options to those countries.

Customs: when you place an order outside India, we ensure it reaches you by taking care of necessary export-related documentation. We, therefore, meet the requirements set forth by the carrier in such cases. However, parcels are subjected to random checks and additional information may be sought. In such instances, we coordinate with the courier agency and provide the necessary clarification

However, for reasons beyond our control, customs may seek additional information from the consignee (buyer) and provide clearances subject to compliance. In such cases, the onus is on the consignee to get the parcel cleared locally. 

Please note that customs clearances are beyond our control and need compliance from you as per your country’s regulations. In the event of customs hold-up, you are required to submit necessary documents as required by authorities and we will help you with documentation that we can provide at our end. Some documents like identity proof, cause etc. have to be provided by you. We also follow-up escalate with the service provider in case of any non-technical hold up like misplaced parcels and other causes.

Damage claims: We strive to ensure that your parcel is securely packed from the vagaries of cargo handling procedures. In the rare case the parcel is damaged in transit or delivery, we follow up with shipper with necessary proof from your side and upon successful settlement, provide your credit towards either replacement or refund. This will be a portion of the order value and not 100% and applicable for International couriers like DHL or FedEx. India Post is not applicable

Rejects: In rare cases, customs may reject the parcel citing policy norms. In the event parcel is rejected we will not be liable for the same and therefore no claim or refund will be entertained. If a parcel is rejected, we instruct the courier to dispose of/discard the parcel since it cannot be taken back (as the imposition of reverse customs duties and additional return charges by the courier makes it unviable). 

Turnaround Time (TAT): Air freight delivery times are 4-7 days (USA), 7 -10 days (Australia), 6 – 9 days (Europe), 8 – 12 days (Southeast Asia), 10 – 15 days for the rest of the world. For International dispatches, please note that deliveries may sometimes be delayed due to customs checking and clearances or due to peak season load backlogs. In certain countries like Sweden, Spain, Denmark Greece, Russia, etc. customers may have to do additional formalities in their countries to get parcels cleared.  All this is the responsibility of the customer and we are not liable for the same.

Refund of shipped goods: of cancellations after the shipment of goods, refunds will be entertained after the return of goods in unused/original condition. Return charges shall be borne by the customer and the refund amount is minus the to-shipping and platform charges of 2%. Return labels should be generated to our address mentioned on the contact us page
