- Vitamin D: An essential nutrient that helps in the absorption of calcium in the body that helps to strengthen the bones in the body. Vitamin D deficiency can cause symptoms of bones like Bone pains, Bone loss leading to hyperparathyroidism, the tendency to fractures, and many other conditions.
